Refer to the “Background Information and Resources”  and to the 2 summaries of the Anti-Terrorism Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act respectively.

It is important to emphasize that interviews and focus groups are not a forum for educating the research participants.  The Town Halls have more of an information disseminating purpose but the interviews and focus groups are aimed at finding out what people think about the issues and concepts.
